The goal is not only to support you through suffering, but also to help you build a life that feels clearer, more balanced, and aligned with what truly matters to you. Every session integrates evidence-based tools, but always from a place of warmth, authenticity, and genuine human connection.
Sessions last 55 minutes and can be held either in person or online, depending on what best fits your needs.
